Project Binck City Park is one of the largest and most complex inner-city developments in recent years. In this project, no fewer than seven different clients collaborated, each with their own requirements, standards, and interests. VORM acted as the coordinating and leading client.
The City Bridge in Nijmegen – officially called The Crossing – is one of the most iconic infrastructure projects in recent years. This bridge not only connects the northern and southern parts of the city, but also serves as a symbol of renewal and remembrance. Various stakeholders, each with different requirements and visions, worked closely together on this remarkable project.
The Afsluitdijk separates the IJsselmeer from the Wadden Sea and stands as an icon of Dutch hydraulic engineering. Completed in 1932, its primary functions are to ensure water safety from the Wadden Sea and manage water discharge from the IJsselmeer. Additionally, the Afsluitdijk serves as a crucial transport route, facilitating road traffic between the provinces of North Holland and Friesland, as well as enabling navigation between the Wadden Sea and the IJsselmeer.
The onshore wind farm in Reusel, consisting of five wind turbines, is a great example of sustainable area development. For this project, H4A was responsible for the design, construction, and technical assessment of the reinforced concrete foundations. This specialized process placed a strong emphasis on reliability and precision.
